April 22, 211 Best Eperience Ever!!!. I had breast augmentation a few months ago- I was so happy with my results- The staff is so professional, warm and friendly- The whole eperience from beginning to end was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend Dr Alavi to others and definitely go to have my net procedure at his facility- Love it!!

January 23, 211 I could not be any better, Im loving it.. My face was looking older and tired and I had put on a few pounds of fat while getting through those demanding years of raising children. I consulted with Dr Sassan Alavi because my good friend loves the work that she had done by Dr Alavi and his consults are complimentary. I was a little scared to have a Face Lift and I was worried about the risks, although I did not know much about it and how easy it turned out to be. I wanted to do something to feel better about myself.During my consult appointment with Dr Alavi, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with my endless questions. He intently listened to me for what I really wanted. I immediately knew that Dr. Alavi would be MY surgeon and he agreed that a Face Lift and Liposuction would definitely improve my appearance. He met with me several times until all my questions were answered and I felt Comfortable.The staff at Dr Alavi’s office are also very wonderful and supportive. It feels like I am part of the “family” when I visit. Somehow I got up the courage to show up on the morning of my procedures, and I am sure glad that I did! The Liposuction removed all of those ugly bulges in just one day! I have gone from size 1 to size 6, and my new face… Wow!… I love that! Now, I look in the mirror and I see a much younger and rejuvenated face rather than a tired and saggy one that made me feel old before my time. The people that I meet see a rejuvenated face too and treat me as if I am 1 to 15 years younger now, which is really how I feel inside anyway. Thanks Dr Alavi and staff for helping me get back to where I used to be. I am loving it!

December 25, 21 It could not get any better. I highly ever spend time writing comments but after my eperience which has literally change my life is the least I an do. After interviewing and surfing literally hundreds of photos from different doctors, I chose Dr.Alavi. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are truly about making sure you feel comfortable and happy with your decisions. They made sure any questions I had were answered and they did everything to work with me in terms of what look I wanted to achieve. My body looks fantastic!!! May 31, 211 The Best Cosmetic Surgeon Around!!!. After having two kids, my body looked absolutely -terrible-. I had heard about Dr. Alavi from one of my friends, who said that she had an amazing job done. After I had my procedure, I can easily say that he is among the best surgeons around. He was amazingly personable, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. His staff was also equally amazing, providing kind, quality service every time I entered the office. Not to mention the end result: I look and feel fantastic after my procedure! I highly recommend Dr. Alavi to *anyone* who is looking for a cosmetic

May 1, 211 Super Doctor, an Artist. Highly Recommend Him.. For many years I have been unhappy with my breasts and my body. After having two children and breast-fed both of them I no longer had the body that I could be happy with. About 6 months ago my husband and I decided to do something about this. We interview 3 plastic surgeons and etensively look at their work and education. Having a husband who is a lawyer really helped us with this process. My husband and I both felt very comfortable wit Dr. Alavi and I had my Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck and Liposuction done with him three months ago. The experience has been terrific and I could not be happier with my results and the care I was given. First of all Dr. Alavi listen to what I really wanted then he eplain to me every step, to achieve what I wanted very carefully. The procedure was painless and the followup was just amazing. He either saw me or called me everyday during my recovery. Even one day my husband and I were w having a hard time with my garment and he sends his nurse to my house to help us, WOW. I love my results, my scars are barely visible and I feel so much better about myself. We are going to Hawaii this summer and I just bought a new 2 piece swim suite to wear. I would have never imagine to get one six months ago. He is my hero and WE BOTH HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

January 26, 211 Amazing. Dr. Alavi is an amazing Doctor and has an amazing team. I could not be happier with my results. I absolutely LOVE what he did for me. The entire process from the consultation to after the surgery was very smooth and fast. They were very helpful in getting me seen and getting me the surgery date that I wanted. I would definitely recommend Dr. Alavi to anyone considering Plastic Surgery. Him and his team work Wonders. I personally know two other people that had work done with him as well a friend and a family member and they are both very happy with there results as well. Thank you so much Dr. Alavi you have turned me into the women that i have always dreamed of being. Sey, Confident and full of hope and dreams.

April 18, 211 Love this mans work!. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Alavi and his staff are. I went to Dr. Alavi for a breast lift and a tummy tuck and one day after surgery I was already pleased with the results. Eight weeks post-surgery, (five dress sizes later and my breast now back where they belong) I just can’t stop smiling when I see myself in the mirror. I found Dr. Alavi to be personable and truly felt he took an interest in me and what I wanted from having these procedures done. He was a true professional as well as his staff, but more importantly they were all etremely friendly and caring when it came to my procedures. My results have far eceeded my epectaions and I will be grateful for life to Dr. Alavi and his staff, they have given me a huge boost in confidence.

June 23, 211 Dr. Alavi is the best!. Dr. Alavi has really changed my life. I have had 3 kids and my body is not that bad, but my chest looked like I had flat pancakes. I never even wanted my husband to see me. I finally got the nerve to do something about it but I was so nervous about going in to the appointment. The staff made me feel right at home and Dr. Alavi made me feel so comfortable and didnt made a big deal about anything. He was honest and polite. Going into surgery, I wasnt sure if I was very thorough about what I wanted for the eact shape of my breast and all that. He did his markings and I felt better and now 2 weeks, I am in love! I feel amazing and I cant wait to show them off! (not naked lol) I now walk through the stores and look at strapless tops and dresses and get so ecited to be able to wear them! I cannot thank Dr. Alavi enough for what he has done and the after care that I received was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone!

March 9, 211 Thrilled with my new face and my straight nose. I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and, at 54, I had been thinking that my face was looking older than I felt inside. Also, my crooked nose seemed to be getting even more crooked. I started considering a face lift so I began to search for a surgeon. I had heard about Dr Sassan Alavi from RN’s that I work with and also from Physicians, whose wives had gone to Dr Alavi for their face lifts. They seemed very happy with their results and their eperience, so I decided to schedule a consult with him. During my consult with Dr Alavi, he generously took the time to listen to and address all of my questions and concerns. I knew, even though I had seen several other surgeons, that Dr Alavi was the person that I wanted to work with, both technically and personally. Now, with my new face and my new straight nose, I want to epress that the eperience was great with Dr Alavi and his staff and I am thrilled with my results. I no longer see an older looking face when I look in the mirror. A few of the physicians that I work with have even commented about what a wonderful result Dr Alavi has created for me. As I join the group of super satisfied patients, I wanted to let others know as well.

March 6, 211 I love the way I look again, thank you Dr. Alavi. Recently as I looked in the mirror I no Longer saw my Self. I saw a women much older than 57 and what I was felling, so I decided to do something about it. I went and saw three different plastic surgeons and I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Alavi. I had heard about him from my stylist. She had told me she has seen everyone’s results and his results are so much better than others. I also did my due diligent and found out his training is ecellent for facial plastic surgery. Even his competitors talked highly of him. I meet with Dr. Alavi twice prior to my procedure. He listened to me and took notes of what was bothering me. He gave me several options and what to epect and did not try to sell me any more procedures than what I needed, as some others did. I had a Face and Neck Lift, and an Eye lift done by him six months ago. After the procedure he either saw me or called me everyday like I was his only patient, it was incredible. He even gave his cell phone number to my husband to call him if we had any question. I did have some swelling the first week, which quickly went away and my results begin to show. I LOVE MY RESULTS. I look eactly like myself but no more hanging neck, jowling or droopy mouth and baggy eyes. My husband was at first hesitant on me doing this and has now become Dr. Alavis number one fan. He even sends two of his co workers to see him and they are just as happy as we are. We both feel very comfortable to highly recommend him.

January 19, 211 Very grateful refreshed looking 55 year old. I turned 55 years old, Nov. 21. I go to the gym and take yoga a few times a week. I am in decent shape for a man my age but I was very unhappy with how my neck and eyes were looking. No amount of eercise was going to change my face. My neck was showing my age and my blue green eyes, which I think are one of my best features, could hardly be seen anymore because of the etra skin hanging over my upper eye lids. I decided to do something about my appearance and went to a number of consults around the San Diego area. I was most comfortable with Dr. Alavi, his consultation and his office staff. Dr. Alavi was honest and upfront when answering my questions. I felt the solutions he offered were very realistic. He gave me a few options, including the prices and I made a decision to have a face and neck lift. I also did my eyes, uppers and lowers. My outcome is fantastic and I could not be happier. I feel great about my surgery and I know it shows in my overall attitude. My eperience from beginning to end has been wonderful. My surgery was Dec. 7. and I was back at work in two weeks. After a few days, I had very little swelling and surprisingly not much pain. The office staff was so caring to me. I just had my last follow up appointment and I truly feel like I made some new friends in his office. If you are thinking about a cosmetic procedure like I was, I would give them a call. December 4, 21 He is the BEST. Can not get better. A big thank you to dr. Alavi and his staff! From my first call they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were understanding and willing to work with my hectic schedule. They accommodated me with early morning appointments and a couple of times stayed late to make it possible for me to get there after work. Dr. Alavi treated me as though I was the only patient of the day. He listened, and then listened some more to my concerns and wishes, answered all my questions patiently, provided guidance, and was very gentle during my procedure. In addition to his staff, he personally called to make sure I was doing well; and took my call on a Saturday night. He very willingly came to the office on Sunday morning just to put my mind at ease and assure me that all was proceeding as epected. I am more than happy with the care I received and the results far eceed my epectations. He is the best. thank you! thank you! thank you!

November 21, 21 Best Surgeon n San Diego. Being a doctors wife I always have had a higher epectation from my doctors. My husband had heard a lot of good things from his colleagues about Dr. Alavi. I interviewed Dr. Alavi and two other plastic Surgeons and felt most comfortable with him. I had my Liposuction and Breast augmentation done with Dr. Alavi. From our first meeting he was great. He listened to me and delivered eactly what we had discussed. I just could not be happier with my results and care. I have had two other friends that have also gone to him. One had her Breast lift and Tummy tuck done, and the other had her Breast Augmentation and Liposuction done, just like me. They are just as happy as I am and love their results. He is carring and very talented at what he does. We highly recommend him.

February 17, 27 best plastic surgeon in San Diego. I highly recommend Dr. Alavi. I had liposuction with him and two of my friends had breast augmentation and other procedures with him. We found him to be very friendly with great bed side manner. He listend to us and eplained the procedure to us very carefully and made us feal at ease His staff also very friendly ,and real, got us ready. After the procedure he saw us very regularly and even called us at home every night for almost a week. We all have had procedures with other doctors but never had such a great eperience. We love our results and highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having plastic surgery.

Dr. Alavi truly is an artist. Before deciding on any plastic surgery, please be sure to check Dr. Alavi’s website and then make sure he’s on your list of doctor’s to interview. July 19, 27 Best plastic surgeon. My friends had talked to me about Dr. Alavi and how great he was. So i went to see him for a consultation, as well as 3 other doctors. He listened to me and i felt the most comfortable with him.I had a wonderful eperience with Dr. Alavi and his staff. He and his staff diligently got me ready. The procedure went great. and they were with meevery step during my recovery.After my procedure Dr. Alavi even called me everyday for one week when i did not see him in his office. I was never discomfort and i love my result. I am so glad i choose Dr. Alavi and without hesitancy would recommend him

August 11, 211 I RECCOMEND DR. ALAVI TO ANYONE!. I had an awesome eperience with Dr. Alavi! He is soo caring and understanding. He made me feel very confident about my procedure and worked with me through my concerns. I had breast augmentation done that is truly amazing. I feel like a new woman now and he has made me more confident of who I am. The results were amazing I had no bruising and my husband is thrilled with the new me! I can’t thank Dr. Alavi enough as no words could epress my gratitude for what he has done for me! I reccomend him highly to anyone looking for someone who knows what they are doing and wants it done right the first time! It has only been si day since my operation, and in this time I have received several calls from Dr. Alavi and his staff checking on my status and offering their assistance in my recovery. July 26, 21 I highly recommend Dr. Alavi!!!. I highly recommend Dr. Alavi for any of your cosmetic surgical needs. Dr. Alavi and his staff are so kind and professional and really know how to put your mind “at ease” for any type of procedure. I came into Dr. Alavi’s office anious and nervous, thus doubtful I wanted to proceed; after my consultation w/ Dr. Alavi, my mind was put at ease. Dr. Alavi answered all my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed before we scheduled my procedure. The staff was always there to guide me through every step; from the front office staff to the nurse to those in the room w/ me, all went above and beyond what I epected to make my eperience a pleasure. After my procedure, I was reassured by follow up appointments and phone calls to see how I was doing both physically and mentally as well as a relaed mind knowing that I could call Dr. Alavi at any time if I had a question or concern. February 13, 211 Dr. Sassan Alavi, Center for Cosmetic Surgery. I could not be happier with what Dr. Alavi and his team have done for me!! He is my hero!! I am amazed how very caring he is along with his anesthesiologist, Carol, who both called me after my surgery every day for the first two weeks to make sure I was doing okay!! I am so impressed with them. You talk about great customer service and a doctor who truly cares that you are happy and is most sincere-it is Dr. Sassan Alavi!! As a patient, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their outstanding ability to effectively take care of me before, during and after my procedure. Several of my friends have had different procedures by him and they all are very happy with the results. I go to him for Boto, but after what I’ve seen of his work I would not hesitate to use

July 6, 211 This place is incredible!. This man is a great surgeon. One of the best. His skill and care made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire procedure. His staff was also very cordial, and made the appointment happen without a hitch. After my facelift and liposuction, I feel like twenty years have vanished from my face and twenty pounds have disappeared from my hips. I highly recommend this surgeon to anyone in the San Diego/La Jolla area.

January 4, 211 OUTSTANDING. To anyone reading this and considering surgery, I can’t tell you how happy I am to have Dr. Sassan Alavi as my surgeon. I did a lot of research and spoke with a few surgeons in the San Diego area, but I didnt feel confident with them enough to go any further than the first consults. I was getting discouraged to the point where I was just about to give up on my search and I just kind of happened upon Dr. Alavi. When I called his office, the staff was warm and caring; I also got to speak directly with him. I was convinced that there was no need to look any further because he understood what I wanted and how to get to that point. I felt very at ease with him and his staff and confident in his abilities. The care given from the very first consultation, to the preparation for the operation, the operation itself and even the post-op care and follow-up office visits was OUTSTANDING! In my case, I got an abdominoplasty and some liposuction. He also tightened up the tummy muscles and corrected a hernia that I had gotten from my last pregnancy. I love the results and I can’t tell you how much of a confidence booster it was for me to see the before and after. Dr. Alavi and his wonderful staff supported me every step of the way. I am truly grateful for them. If you were asking me as a friend; my opinion is that this is the kind of team you want on your side.

November 23, 21 My Husband Loves my Birthday Body!. After 3 children, I could not regain the body that I had before these pregnancies, no matter how much I dieted or worked out. My breasts were very flat and saggy and the ugly baby fat pads would not go away. I was so upset about this that my husband have me cosmetic surgery for my birthday this year! I interviewed many surgeons and found Dr. Sassan Alavi through a friend of mine who was very happy with the results of the surgery that Dr Alavi had done for her. I really liked Dr. Alavi from the moment that I met him. His staff are wonderful too. During my consultation appointment, he personally and patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of confidence and trust in him that was not unfounded. My procedure with Dr Alavi gave me my slender body back and my breasts are bigger and perkier than they have ever been now. My husband absolutely loves my Birthday Body and so do I!

March 17, 211 The best. My breast augmentation was the first surgery i have ever had, with that said I was very nervous. Dr. Alavi and his staff are the best, the made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, I remember a couple days after he had called me himself on a Sunday to check on me.I was able to email him directly and get a quick answer to any questions that I had. His nurses are great they made me feel like I had known them for years and were so helpful. January 2, 211 Tuned Up at 37. Two friends of mine had gone to Dr. Alavi to get “tuned up” after having a couple of kids. Then, at 37, it was my turn. Since both of my friends were very happy with their reults, I checked out his website, which was very impressive, and then made an appointment. Meeting Dr Alavi was great. He took his time and we talked about what I could do for my problem areas. We decided, together, on Liposuction and a Breast Augmentation with a little Breast lift too. Now that the procedure is behind me, I can share that it was a great eperience with fantastic results! My new breasts are just the right size and pleasingly perky. The Liposuction tuned up the rest of the problem areas and now I feel like 2 something again, especially when I look that big mirror that I have in my bathrrom. Thanks, Dr Sassan Alavi! December 22, 211 Dr. Alavi is awesome!. After having 4 kids back to back I was etremely selfconscious! I am on the heavier side but never really gave my body the opportunity to develop properly. I went to a few different plastic surgeons and then I met Dr.Alavi. When I first met him I had such good vibes and he made me feel so comfortable. The staff welcomed me and made sure I was content at all times. After deciding I wanted to go with Dr. Alavi for my breast augmentation, a date was set very quickly. I was very nervous but when I went back for my pre op Dr. Alavi did my measurements and assured me everything would come out great. The night before my surgery I received a call from the anesthesiologists and she took the rest of my nervousness away. The day of my surgery I felt like a star because of the way the staff accommodated me. I would recommend him to everyone!
