3/8/2012 I have been a patient of Dr Sassan Alavi a few years for Botox. After the shots became more and more needed, I decided to have a facelift. I workout but my face didnt show the work I put into my body. So I did it. I had the face and brow lift. WOW!! Within in 72 hours the difference was amazing and im a tough critic. 2/24/2012 My experience with Dr. Alavi was just great! he was referred to me by a friend. After my consultation I went ahead and booked my liposuction surgery. The day of the surgery Dr.Alavi and his staff made me feel the most comfortable. My recovery went better than expected... almost painless and back to work in no time! My result were Amazing! 1/25/2012 I had liposuction performed by Dr.Alavi and was thrilled with the entire experience. My procedure was done on a Friday and I was back to work Monday. Dr. Alavi made me feel comfortable both before and after, even making follow-up phone calls to see how I was doing. I felt like a friend as well as a patient and the results of my procedure were even more than I had hoped for. I have since recommended Dr. Alavi to several of my friends who are just as pleased with their experience as I was with mine. 11/29/2011 I was referred to Dr. Alavi by a friend who works with patients after their surgeries and sees a lot of Dr.'s work throughout San Diego and Los Angeles. I asked if she could recommend a Dr. and she named a few that had good reputations but she really gave a high recommendation to Dr. Alavi. She had never met him but met and seen several of his patients and said nothing but great things about him and his work. She said his patients, compared to others Dr.'s she had seen, had minimal bruising and his work was really natural.I booked appointments with each of the Dr.'s she recommended for a consultation and by far Dr. Alavi and his staff stood out from the others. He describes his technique and how the procedure is done and why. I asked a lot of questions and did a lot of homework on him. It was a great match for me. He personally called me after my consultation to see that all my questions and concerns were answered. He called...not his staff. In Aug. I had my lipo procedure and I couldn't be more happy. I look great and so natural. He and his staff have been so supportive. This has truly been a great experience. I have several friends that have had what I did done and I could have gone to their dr.'s but the majority of them were not happy with their procedures. They looked like they had work done and I did not want that. Dr. Alavi did a fantastic job getting rid of what needed to be taken off and kept me looking natural. I chose Dr. Alavi for my updated augmentation because i have 3 girlfriends who had upgraded their implants with Dr. Sassan Alavi. It was obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. I had the procedure done about a year ago and am scheduled for a photo shoot this summer. The photographers for the magazine loved the work and the "new" updated augmentation. 6/6/2011 Dr. Alavi immediately makes you feel like you have nothing to worry about. He brings a peaceful calmness with him. He really listens and cares about doing the most appropriate procedure for you. He is honest and will not perform unnecessary procedures just to make a few extra bucks. I know all of this because I have been going to him for over 10 years and have had a total of 7 different procedures - from breast aug to lipo to eye lift and most recently a tummy tuck. Finding someone with this much integrity coupled with the surgical skill of a master artisan is a miracle. I cant say enough good things about this most amazing man and doctor. 3/10/2011 I am a registered nurse (RN) and, at 54, I had been thinking that my face was looking older than I felt inside. Also, my crooked nose seemed to be getting even more crooked. I started considering a face lift so I began to search for a surgeon. I had heard about Dr Sassan Alavi from RN's that I work with and also from Physicians, whose wives had gone to Dr Alavi for their face lifts. They seemed very happy with their results and their experience, so I decided to

12/26/2010 Being a doctors wife I always have had a higher expectation from my doctors. My husband had heard a lot of good things from his colleagues about Dr. Alavi. I interviewed Dr. Alavi and two other plastic Surgeons and felt most comfortable with him. I had my Liposuction and Breast augmentation done with Dr. Alavi. From our first meeting he was great. He listened to me and delivered exactly what we had discussed. I just could not be happier with my results and care. I have had two other friends that have also gone to him. One had her Breast lift and Tummy tuck done, and the other had her Breast Augmentation and Liposuction done, just like me. They are just as happy as I am and love their results. 8/14/2010 I went to Dr. Alavi for implants. Even though augmentation is very common in San Diego I was still nervous. I had seen multiple doctors for initial consultations and not all were pleasant. Dr. Alavi really seemed to understand why I was opting for the surgery and made me feel really comfortable about the procedure. Since I had never had surgery before I was still really nervous. His anesthesiologist Carol is amazing! She made me totally comfortable and put me
at ease. After my surgery both Carol and Dr. Alavi called me on their person time to check and see how I was doing. It has been a years now and my boobs look amazing.
